This membership organization offering support and resources for entrepreneurs wanted to increase awareness and grow membership for its Colorado chapter.
CXM provided support to implement several new processes. We started by creating and employing improved member surveys to find out what benefits and programs members found most valuable. This feedback helped the organization implement new programs and member benefits, and ultimately promote those new offerings to prospective members. CXM also helped add additional monthly events, which offered new opportunities for potential members to attend the organization’s events and learn about the benefits of joining.
These changes impacted long-term client retention and attracted new members, increasing the number of general members from 86 to over 160 and charter members from 45 to 83. The TiE Rockies chapter was awarded highest growth chapter of the year and the number one turnaround chapter of the year. These changes also helped TiE Rockies successfully built new relationships with four partner organizations.
